Cellular Point of Sale and Inventory Program

This project will be a simple inventory program for our cellular stores. It will give us the ability to enter the inventory and track the inventory on a real time basis. You will work via messenger with the company throughout the process to completion. This program will have various administative areas to allow certain personel access and as well will work at as a POS (point of sale) system. Where when the employees sell a phone or accessory that it tracks this information. This program is also work as a reporting system, so that each day we can see what phones and accessories sold company, regionally or store wide. An example of how this program will work is when a customer walks into the store and wants to purchase a phone the employee logs on to this website/program enters their username and password and then sees what inventory they have that was previously assigned through the inventory side of the program. They select the inventory that they want to sell to the customer, process payment and close the sale. This program will print a reciept for the customer and also save the reciept as a PDF. Once that phone was sold it will take it out of inventory. This is really not a complex project, just need to function correctly. Again, you'll work via messenger with the company contact on a daily basis. This project should not take more then two-weeks to complete. We will pay a maximum of $500 for this project, but it depends on the ability of the designer and also the way the project turns out. Other designers have been inadequate on getting what we are looking for accomplished, so this will be a challenge for anyone who takes it on. When bidding for the project please give examples or ideas rather then just a generic "here is who we are", we would like to make the decision on this project in the next few days and have the project completed in the next few weeks at the latest!
