Autobidding service for auction sites

The project consists in developing a simple service that allows registered users to automatically put a bid some seconds before the end of an auction. An example can be seen here: [login to view URL] The service should also: - check whether a previously saved bid has been outbidded and inform the user - cancel / update bids - manage conditional bid putting (bid only in case a previous auction has not been won, or other 2-3 conditions) - be able to manage payments of commission for the service and state of payment/credits required. - manage multiple auction sites . The project can be done with the following languages (in order of preference) Grails (preferred one) Java PHP The database should be MySQL. The souce code should be consigned. Deeper instruction will be given to the winner in request form as textual description with graphical examples or UML.
