Assistance on various activities/modules for a Java/SQL Server Project

Currently working on a medium-scale project that is healthcare related and includes the ability to import multiple, client-specific files that fit unqiue file layouts which will be imported and then standardized into a single file layout via JAVA programs. This is one area of the overall project I seek assistance in on an iterative basis. For example, I will provide a client-specific layout and standard layout and ask that a developer write a JAVA program for the job. Depending upon success and how good of a job has been done, I will then proceed to the next layout with the developer. The second area I need assistance on is a Java program that will query a MS SQL Server database and call MS Word for mail merge letters. The templates for the letters will already be created against a tab-delimited file. As a result, the developer will need to write a Java program to query the data, send it to a tab-delimite flat file, call MS Word, perform the merge, and possibly print/pull up the MS Word document for the user to view. Previous experience in this area would be helpful. I would prefer to do this portion of the project as a fix-bid against a set of templates that can be provided if there is interest. I will NOT release payment unless the code is properly working. If you are not serious about developing well-written, well-documented code then please do not reply. Bottom-line: I need this for my business, so I need a coder to take it seriously. I am willing to pay for solid results that are on-time. If you can't deliver then don't respond. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
