Ant script to maven migration

I am currently swamped with work and I need some help. I have a number of similar projects, but one which I'd like to have someone else work on involves the migration of an Ant based Java build, to a maven solution. The Ant scripts currently resolve a lot of dependencies, construct several jar files, and then produced a war file. I'd like to find someone with a high degree of competency with Maven to do this work. Simply wrapping the Ant in plug-ins as a short-cut isn't going to be acceptable. There is about 1,000 lines of Ant script, and there are three or four jars that are build to construct the war file along with the static content. ## Deliverables You must be a Maven expert, and at least able to interpret the existing Ant scripts. Naturally you'll be able to program in Java. I have more work available, that will be available on an hourly rate after this job has been completed.
