Accomodation Site for Mambo CMS

Looking for a programmer / Designer familiar with Mambo CMS Systems to design and integrate a Shared Accomodation Website into the Mambo system. However if you do not have Mambo experience do not waste your time nor mine with contacting me about the possibility of doing this project, ONLY Mambo designers and programmers need apply. These are the conditions: 1) All work must be conducted on YOUR server. 2) Must be able to show updates upon request. 3) All work will be paid for upon completion, and not until, do not ask for deposits as i will refuse the work to you. 4) Mambo experience A MUST. 5) Must have Paypal integration experience. 6) After script has been paid, must be able to upload and install on my servers. 7) Must be able to offer at least 6 months bug fixes after installation. 8) Must be prepared to sign a binding contract. 9) All outlays and inclusions i have on file, including field forms. 10) Must be able to work and design graphics as part of pricing inclusion. 11) Whatever time you estimate you must be prepared to finish the work on time, no excuses on why you can't complete the work. 12) you can contact me directly on: xxxx AT xxxx dot xxx
