Create a Wordpress Template

I am looking for an agency to build a responsive, wordpress website. The site should be optimized technically for speed and ease of use. The design is done and will be supplied (a couple of screen shots below). I created the design in InDesign CS4 using standard pixel sizes. These can be exported as pdf, jpegs or pngs, I can strip layers down as required … Two grid systems are to be used, one for the home page and one for the rest of the site. Client must be able to upload and edit content on Wordpress. The site must work and operate as the off-the-shelf wordpress templates that are available to purchase (so if the client wants to change the logo for instance, or they want to add another page they can and it’ll auto update the menu). IMPORTANT - You must set up all the technical side from directing the domain on my hosting to installing wordpress and getting this site built and operational. - There will be mailchimp functionality to capture Form Submissions and auto responders. - The design/text/images/passwords will be supplied to you the rest is up to you to complete. I am happy with the design I’ve supplied, but would like the job to include up to 5 revisions for ad hoc improvements. These might not be required but are added as a safety net. IMPORTANT I am available Monday 3, Oct, Wednesday 5 Oct, Thursday 6 Oct and Friday 7 Oct between the hours of 9:30am and 2:30pm GMT (Greenwich Mean Time). **** I will not be available at other times.**** You must be available for communication for at least an hour on each of these days/time periods. I use Skype and email for communications. This job is for an immediate start and MUST BE FINISHED by 5pm , Friday 7 Oct 2014 GMT.
