Looking for the creation of an ongoing relationship with a person/s who are experienced in "word press themes" supplied by [login to view URL] The duties will include an uploading and minor adjustments to themes and addition of plug-in. This project theme to be accomplished is [login to view URL] The project will then include an e commerce plug in and creation and adding of a webpage to this template which will offer pricing and be connected to a PayPal or similar shopping cart solution. It is similar to this webpage not in appearance but as in the elements. [login to view URL] . Please realize that this site IS NOT “creating your own video” site as ANIMOTO is. Please do not complicate the project by envisioning that this is ANIMOTO. It is NOT! Simple Summation… [login to view URL] with similar page to [login to view URL] and is NOT a c-l-o-n-e of ANIMOTO nor is it a SELF SERVE CREATION VIDEO SITE! All TEXT and CONTENT is provided by me. You will be responsible for downloading the template onto my hosting platform and will have Cpanel access for this website. Please note the feeds in the template. You will receive a WORD DOC with the detailed specs of this project once accepted. After each project is completed there will be simple adjustment and additive tasks that will need to be accomplished in a timely manner and will be treated as an additional project. Must have great communication skills and use the messaging system here on freelancer. I do not Skype, as I have found that the language accents many times are hard to understand and I do not have a paper trail and verification of the conversations which is what I like to refer back too when needed. Most people that want to Skype want to sell me on themselves and that I don’t need to be sold. Do not ask me to Skype. Skype is needed on complicated web projects. This project is not complicated. If you do not have these qualifications, no need to apply. I am looking for only professionals with good work ethic, love to get paid for their endeavors, solid communication skills and know how to meet a deadline. I am not looking for someone who is in the learning mode. Please realize I am a seasoned pro and understand get-a-coder and freelancer websites and the internet very well. I cannot be slowed down by people that say that they can do the job and have no credentials to do so. That's just a huge waste of time by me and ultimately the FREELANCER as well. Cost savings is the logic why I am going off-shore so please keep it in mind that this is a very competitive yet lucrative relationship. Don't price yourself out of the market! I am looking long term. So by chance if you have too many other projects on your plate you might want to seriously think this one over as I am very deadline driven. When a person promises a deadline to be met it needs to be met. If the deadline is extended - it is because of “project adjustments” and NOT because the developer has other projects or another job or family issues as this is UN-acceptable. I am very Milestone driven. I like the way that freelancer.com has this program in place and is actually working very well for me here with other developers. If you are a casual easy going worker who addresses a project in a somber almost lackadaisical manner that is not a good fit for you and I. So please pass on this project.
