I am looking for someone to develop a PSD / IMAGE file into a working wordpress page. We have 17 teams and will need this done on each individual page. The design needs to be EXACTLY LIKE THE IMAGE ATTACHED. Freelancers who can work on this immediately and have completed within 3 days takes priority.
