Cookie for Wordpress and HTML

Description for Personalization. Personalization: Personalization succeeds always with the PARTNER ID Number: For Example (1-2345-67) or (1-11111-11) etc. It would look like this: [login to view URL] Partner ID should dissolve when you call up the page. When one prospective customer goes to/opens the page ([login to view URL]) , it means that should be checked whether the Partner ID really exists or not. If the Partner ID exists, the personal data (First Name, Last Name, Address etc.) should be brought from the Database for the personalization. If the Partner ID doesn´t exist, the Default Values should be automatically retrieved and stored. Therefore I need the matching cookie (Personalization) with the Query for Data for WordPress and HTML Pages, as well as for different domains.
