Design templates for an Incentivized Freebie-site

| | Hello, I am looking for a website design for an incentive-based freebie site. The script is Projekt-PBS software, from [login to view URL] although there are template files that are easily customizable, so the job itself shouldn't be very hard. I'd like the design to be nice, clean, elegant and unique. I will show some samples below. The design must be somewhat universal because it will be used for multiple websites. I would also like a banner and logo designed if possible, more can be discussed later.
