Customize a WordPress Theme

Hello, We need a few customization done to a WordPress theme we are currently running. Changes required: = Replicating existing "Next" & "Previous" buttons and placing them at the bottom of each single post page. = Adding < and > arrows to the sides of the content area of each post which will replicate the same functions as the "Next & Previous" Buttons Note: The "Next" & "Previous" buttons on the website already exists.
