Basic check out functions needed for eCommerce site.

**Small project. Will take experienced Developer less than 1 day)** -- If you are NOT a programmer, please do NOT bid. I want to work "directly" with the programmer, NOT a project manager or middle-man! -- Looking for a Developer to add the following functions to our eCommerce site: 1. Ability to collect SHIP TO info and submit with payment info. (Basic form) 2. Ability to calculate SALES TAX for Florida (USA) residents. - I will input all the values/data myself to allow it to calculate rates. (see details below as to what I need for this) 3. Make it so the Sales Tax total gets calculated with the order summary & total SALES TAX FUNCTION - we will need to be able to do the following: Charge a sales tax based on the persons SHIP TO "ZIP CODE". This means that I will have to have a way to enter ZIP CODES into the admin back end and their corresponding TAX RATE (%). *So basically, when a buyer enters their ship to zip code on the front end, the system will look up to see what the corresponding tax rate is for that zip code, and apply the % value to the order total. This means that I will need to be able to enter all the zip codes and tax rates into an admin panel/back end. These fields need to be able to be changed/edited/deleted. We need to be able to add multiple zip codes at one time (like 20-50) The site is already fully developed and functional with order/check out functions, but lacks these functions. It is written in PHP with a mySQL back end. It is CUSTOMIZED coding, NOT a script. Project deadline: January 15, 2014 (If you can get it working & done by the deadline, please do not bid) **PLEASE do not bid if you can not meet the time requirement, or if you can not start right away.
