Design rhinestone Shirt

I need a custom flash design that will allow my customers to design a rhinestone shirt. There is a link below that will give you the concept of what I need. In the menu side this is what I would need Text Rhinestone Text Rhinestones Rhinestuds Art Image Upload At the end I need the file emailed to me in a jpg file. I would also like to have the customer be able to save the design if they setup an account so they could come back later and order more or change the design. Sample site.
