Building Flash Videochat Application with ActionScript3

Hello everyone, We have a videochat software and we need to update flash videochat section. PHP side is coded on CodeIgniter Framework and system is not much complicated. I'm listing all details below, please read all of it and write "pekipekianladik" in your bid message. - Videochat has 2 sides, one side is user side and the other one is performer side. - System is very simple, users are charging for every private chat session(per minute) and this logs are saving in our database. This sections PHP is ready, actually whole PHP is ready. - We have a working system but flash coded with AS2 and our main task is changing this to AS3. Because we want a better coded system and we need to get HD stream. We'll also send you AS2 version, so you can check all details. - You need to build a licence system for flash side. It should basicly gives us full control on system while it is on a different server. If we want, we should close the connection. - You don't need to know PHP or CodeIgniter well, we'll help you on that. We'll send you all parameters which you need.
