Bug fixes for Flash video conversion program

I have a software program that I had created here on Rentacoder that converts regular video files (AVI, MOV, MPG, etc.) to Flash/FLV format. It has a graphical interface and a back-end conversion program. This software is in (Visual) C# and uses .NET 2.0. I have found two bugs that need to be fixed with it and my original programmer is not getting back to me. 1 The conversion program has problems with some older codecs for AVI files. For example, I have two files, one with an Microsoft Video 1 codec and one with a Intel Indeo 4.5 codec. The MS Video one converts with very strange colors. (Green, purple) The Intel Video one just gives an error upon conversion. 2. When the user selects "original" for "Audio Bitrate" in the graphical interface, the program gives an error. I can send you a binary copy of the program so that you can see these problems for yourself. If I accept your bid, I will send you the source & project files. I need someone to (1) fix these two errors and (2) re-compile the whole program and send it to me. Also, if you can create an InstallShield, let me know how much extra that would be. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
