Advise how to make video and audio stop playing in Flash project

I am working on a band site Flash project, and can't figure out how to make the audio and video clips stop playing when a users clicks on the menu to go to another part of the site. I need someone to look at my .fla file, and advise me what code I need to add to or change. ## Deliverables I have attached my .fla file. So currently when you leave either the audio or video page, the audio or video keeps playing. I want it to automatically stop.
