Adobe Air / Flex experts

We had 2 pieces of software developed for us for which we own the copyright and all rights to. We never received the source code from the developer and can no longer get it from the original developer. One application is a specialised flash media player built with flex, the other is an adobe air desktop app. I need these decompiled and the source code re-written so that it will be usable again. That is all we require for this project. ## Deliverables Source code for the above applications. Final version of the application compiled from the above source code. 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). 2) The developer relinquishes all rights to the application and source code and cannot reuse or resell code / application.
