Amazon Data Feed File Conversion

Overview: I receive an Excel spreadsheet from a supplier that lists products and inventory information that I will need to convert in an acceptable format for Amazon flat file listing loader and the Amazon flat file inventory pricing loader. At this time the spreadsheet is only updated when opened. Requirements: I need to load products from this spreadsheet into Amazon several times per week and I also need to update inventory data several times daily. This file has over 5000 products. The loading of this file will need to happen automatically, based on my selection. The script should include a user field that can be changed for frequency of updating both the product information and the inventory. Updating Amazon files will need to happen automatically. This will require background opening of the spreadsheet, log in and connection to the remote supplier server then upload to Amazon. We do not sell all the products that are listed on this spreadsheet, but will only sell the products that we select. This will be designated on the spreadsheet by a "sell" column and only those products will be uploaded to Amazon. The supplier will also change products from "active" to "discontinued" and these products will need to be updated as required. We will not be selling discontinued products. It is also very important that the inventory be updated frequently, as we do not want to sell products that are out of stock. I will also need to be able to manually send the updated data to Amazon when I make changes to the spreadsheet. I have attached samples of the data feed file from my supplier.
