C#.net development to provide auto installation of updated version builds

It is required for a c# 2.0 VS2005 developer to provide the necessary source-code (with working executable with a "test" application so that I can see it works) so that when an application is executed on a computer it will check for the existence of an updated MSI on a local file server. If the file exists, the user will be forced to upgrade the application. This will be done automatically as possible and will re-start the application once upgraded. You will also be required to be available for me to integrate your proposal in to our source-code and trouble shoot any problems. Experienced, capable developers with good communication skills please read the attached document for further details, I look forward to hearing from you. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
