autotrader scraper and pagemaker

I need a php script that will scrape [login to view URL] and gather all of the information for the cars listed under a dealers ID. When you are browsing a dealers inventory the ID is shown in the url. I want to be able to give the program a list of 3-4 ID's and have it: a. scrape that information into a db b. Allow me to take the information (pics, vehicle information, etc) and make new pages not based on the dealer that has them, but seperated into categories such as chevrolets, nissans, etc. I need to be able to tell the program what amount of the scraped info I want to post (vin, color, miles, price, etc) This can be done with a check box in the UI and also be applicable for the entire page/pages. I need a function (cron, etc) that will run this every so many days (user input) and the cache time needs to be editable as well. The output files can be in php or html, but need to be template based where I can change the layout, theme, etc, even ads etc between the listings. The output file also needs have a feature where if a user clicks the vehicle image, a new page opens with just that vehicles info, and this tpl needs to be editable by me as well. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
