automated email tool from access database

I have an access database that we store customer registrations in. This is written in ASP with a MS access backend. What I want is a tool that I can automate to run daily that will look at the registrations and if it finds a date of today Now () it sends out a confirmation letter. Basically each day an email will go out to all new registrations on that day. The confiration letter will be in text not html and will contain a few fields form the database. These fields are all in one database, but in two seperate, but linked tables. I would like it to also update the database lettting me know the confirmation leter has been sent for each record when it sends it. Whoever wins the bid I will give them access file to work with. I am not picky what this is written in, but I would like it as simple as possible as I may modify it for other projects as well. I can use either smpt, cdonts, or cdosys for the email. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
