An accounting system that figures out royalty payments

Our news media web-service ([login to view URL]) is young, small but fast-growing: In less than 2 years, we've grown to be in the top 15'000 of all the sites across the world. Plus, we are in the top 140 of all news sites in the world (according to Alexa: [login to view URL];5/News) and still growing. However... We've grown a little too fast and we've agreed to pay our writers, authors and/or content-creators royalties on their articles for a lifetime. Our problem is coming up with an accountability system that takes into account: 1) how many times each particular article was viewed on any given 30-day period 2) our company's paid pageviews from each ad-provider and for each particular article on any given 30-day period 3) each writer, author and/or content-creator's royalty percentage on any given 30-day period For us to run effectively and efficiently, the solution must automate and integrate all 3 and need to be and user-friendly.
