C# IP/SSL transport layer

Develop a library in well commented C# ([login to view URL] 2005, .NET Framework 2.0) that support TCP/IP and TCP/IP over SSL communications providing the public interfaces given in the attached document. Develop client and server applications that allow these libraries to be demonstrated and a set of nunit test cases that exercise the main paths and standard error paths in the libraries. In addition, a binary message and expected response from a test url will be given as a validation of both the send/receive functions and the SSL certificate negiotiations. The libraries should use log4net for logging/tracing, and support a pluggable interface for tracing of the message contents. Coding standards and guidelines will be provided. The basic design has a class implementing the ITransportService interface using an ITransportConnection to send and receive binary data. The libraries need to be thread safe. There appears to be a good sample of code at the address below that we believe provides much of the function needed in a similar interface, however it uses a custom header on the message that should not be used. <[login to view URL]> ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
