Design & Building of simple website

I need to have a simple website designed and built which will offer marketing reports to customers. Nothing dynamic, just homepage with reference to 5 or 6 pages, options to switch to 2 languages and a feedback form. Although I’m a techy myself and can make this, I want this to look professional so the design is the most important aspect here. It needs to look original and flashy! ## Deliverables Design and complete building of a website which should have the following functionality: - Ability to switch between 2 languages(English & Dutch) - Regarding design: since I will be offering market research for Russia, the design needs to be related to Russia ??" overall atmosphere - Homepage with references to 5 or 6 static pages only containing text and images - One feedbackform (Email) - Only text will be provided - Possibly some piece of Flash for the Homepage - Ability for me to maintain the text pieces after going live Website links are as follows: 1. Contact us form 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
