Customisation of Templates

I need a developer who is familar with kayako e-support system ([login to view URL]) I need to have templates developed for kayko to match the look of my website ([login to view URL]) and some links to external programs added to the index page (i.e. login into control panel, modern bill etc.) A script will need to be written to do the link to the control panel Iit will need to query a database to determine which url to direct the user to (require user to enter username). I have the sql query already written. Would prefer scripts to be in php. You need to be able to demonstrate a knowledge of the kayako e-support system.
