Custom Reverse auction Script

Dear Coders on RAC, We need a custom made Reverse auction type of script written in PHP/MYSQL. What we are looking for is a script that has almost the same features as Radlance. If you need to know how the admin/backend looks like we can provide with an URL for you to examine. The script needs to be multi-language enabled in the front end, but in backend english will do perfectly. The graphics are allready made in Photoshop for the frontend but the image is not yet sliced. Bid on both the coding and implementing the design. The script needs to be - -Smart and good code -Secure -Adaptive for future modifactions Advice if possible to add some sort of Template system for graphics? We have attached a description of features we would like to have in the script, please read and come back with comments and questions, which we will gladly answer. Take care and Cheers! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
