Custom Module for PHPNuke

I am looking for a custom PHP script for PHP-Nuke. I built and administer a site [login to view URL] for a group of university students using PHP-Nuke. The site is free for them to use and generates me no income. I want to allow them to share their essays with one another (MS Word documents). The scrip would have to be in three parts, an upload part and a search-and-download part and an admin part. The upload part would have a from with several fields for a database including: -their user name (would fill in automatically) -the essay title -key words / abstract (for searching) -date [and posibily one or two other fields] .......and then upload the essay to the database while restricting the file type and size. The download part would search the database and return a selection of previously uploaded essays for downloading. The admin part would allow Admin only to alter add and delete records. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
