Custom Component in Joomla

I want to get a custom Joomla component/module which I want to put on my car warranty website [built in Joomla]. See some example websites: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [I don't want online retrieval of vehicular info from online database like in above few sites] I just want a AJAX/JAVASCRIPT based form system component. This is just a starting project, if the coder will be skilled and reliable, we would like to sign him a NDA agreement and hire on per hour basis for several coming projects too. Please let me know about the approach how you going to do this project successfully and how can I change anything from Joomla backend like car models/engine etc fields.... quotation price structure etc. If you performed such work in past, I would like to have a look at it for sure. I would pay only after being fully satisfied with the working and bug fixes of the component/module. But if you have got skills I would be happy to give you some bonus too, for sure.
