Create Appbar which moves the taskbar

I am looking for someone to show me how to create an Application Bar. An AppBar allows one to lock a certain area of the screen using the SHAppBarMessage API. There's a great example of this at [login to view URL] The issue I'm having is that the appbar i'm creating doesn't move the TaskBar (because the TaskBar is itself an AppBar). For example, if an Appbar is created on the right edge of the screen it will appear as shown in Figure 1. What I actually want is what is shown in Figure 2. This requires that the TaskBar be moved out of the way. I need code which will demonstrate how this can be done. Language doesn't matter, it's the logic I'm after. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
