Craigslist posting software - take information from website and post to Craigslist

Looking for an experienced coder to create for me a piece of Software I can download to my computer that will automatically post my ads to craigslist for me. This software will need to grab information from a website and post it to craigslist. This is for a Car Dealer website. The software will need to take the Title of the Car, and put it into the title field of the craigslist post. Take the pictures of the car, and ad them as pictures.
