Convert build process from plain Ruby to Rake

**What we have now** Currently we have a Ruby program which takes plain text source files (in Markdown format) and generates our web site. This works well, but the programming is somewhat hard-coded, and it regenerates the entire site each time it runs, even if only one source file changes. We will supply this entire, working mechanism to you. **What we want** You will convert this from a plain Ruby program, to instead use Rake. The Rake-based process you create will understand the dependencies between files, so that only the necessary files are re-generated. You will deliver to us the Rakefile and other needed files. This new Rake based process must generate exactly the same set of files as our current process. You should have experience with Ruby and Rake.
