Banner Scripts Modifications

I have a website at [[login to view URL]][1]. It has a banner system in place, where logged in clients can upload an image banner and it displays on the pages and the click throughs or page shows are counted and shown in the logged in account holders page. . Although it is very basic and I need some modifications. Currently the php scripts allows you to upload any image, which makes it messy. I need it to only allow these sizes L468 x H60 - for bottom pages only L120 x H133 - For right side of website pages. There is currently in place a payment system of scripts that allows a client to set up an auction and pay for it using the associated payment type as defined by the admin, i.e paypal, ikobo, worldpay etc. I need clients to be able to upload banners but they must be chargable, and the charge is set up in the admin setting for fees. not charged per click through but charged for the amount of time it is displayed on the website, i.e 1 month, three months, six months and 12 months. After the time has ran out a message is displayed in the clients account page asking if they require renewal of banner. The click through link doesnt work, so this needs putting right, to test, got website above and click a bottom banner. It opens up the window but wont take you there. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
