AUCTION SCRIPT - NEEDS UPGRADES

Our new Auction Site scripts are uploaded at www.riBids.Com. We are looking for someone experienced and in the USA only to add the following features to our script's ADMIN CONTROL PANEL. Price is a PRIMARY CONSIDERATION. 1. Ability to delete registered user accounts (the current script allows us to suspend and reactivate users). 2. Install "Rotating Banner" that we are able easily upload banners at the top of each page. 3. Ability to edit and update usernames (if someone wants to change their username). We ONLY want this accessible to the Admin. 4. Ability for admin to easily change and reupload our company logo (in case we ever want to change it on holidays and such). 5. Ability to our auction pricing options within the control panel (so we don't have to go into the script itself to do it). 6. The current script charges a flat fee of $1/per auction. We would like to be able to revise this amount from the Control Panel. 7. When new users sellers up, they receive a $10 credit to use towards listing auctions. We would like to be able to edit this amount for individual users, or allow certain users to list for free (we also want this for other fees we charge for BOLD HEADINGS, FEATURED LISTINGS, ETC.) 8. We would like the ability to edit or delete feedback from our auction sellers and buyers (in the case that a conflict is resolved and both parties agree to remove negative feedback). 9. We would like the ability to change our own Admin email address and password from the Control Panel. 10. We would like for users to be able to use a combination of upper and lower case letters and numbers in their usernames (currently the first letter of their username is the only uppercase allowed). ## Deliverables PLEASE NOTE: You will be adding to or revising EXISTING auction script that is already uploaded at www.riBids.com.
