ASP Dynamic Website

I would like a dynamic website built, preferably in ASP (not .NET), using Access DB. The site will be in 3 languages: English, Hebrew and Arabic. The management system will be in one language only. The system will include the following modules: * A CMS that will let the site owner enter rich-text formatted articles that will also contain graphic images. The site owner will publish site pages as well as articles. When the site owner publishes a page, a link to it will be added automatically to the navigation menu in the apropriate language. * The system will include a search engine. * A mailing list management system to send mail to subscribers. A CRM system will enable registration of subscribers onto the mailing list. * A form-to-mail that will enable visitors to send mail to the webmaster. * A "send this page to a friend" link from each page. * A "Save in Favorites" link from each page. * A "Print version" link from each page. The Print version will be clean in appearance, without the navigation element, will have the logo at the top, and will include a line in the bottom reading "Printed from [name of the site]. All modules can be based on open-source software to make development cheaper and faster. All the interfaces, including the back end, will be run through a web browser. The system will be compliant with the following browsers: IE, Firefox, Safari, Opera, Mozilla. The interfaces will be designed in a professional clean manner. All source code and all copyright will be owned by me (obviously, apart from any open-source software used within the project). The coder will hand over to me all the source code of the system, with documentation of all components of the software. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform ASP, MDB
