Create Taxonomy for Business to Business Directory(repost)

This is an Information Architecture project, which requires a high degree of English language skills as well as a good understanding of the creation of taxonomies. Given the very long list of categories in the attached, you will create a taxonomy which requires no more than 3 levels to reach the lowest level class and which has no more than 15 top level classes. Fewer is fine. In the case of those categories beginning with the same high-level class (see attached file, e.g. Advertising-Direct Mail, Advertising-Aerial) these may be grouped logically (as in advertising/direct mail, advertising/aerial - where advertising would be a higher level classification). Class hierarchy must be consistent with similar organization structures such as DMOZ and Yahoo business-to-business directory. Information architecture experience or direct experience with this sort of classification system is preferred. Completion within 5 days will earn a bonus of 50% of the highest bid. Completion within 3 days will earn 100% bonus. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Preferred output is text, or MS Excel. Heirarchy and subordinate classes must be fully apparent in output so they may be keyed into a database to display directory structure.
