Building a new website

I need assistance with creating a new website for my small company, called JAG Consultants, LLC. The company is an IT Consulting company, that does IT consulting for small businesses in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. The company can manage and consult upon Unix/Linux workstations/servers, Windows workstations/servers, a variety of various IT security applications and appliances, a variety of different router, switch, and wireless technologies, a variety of printers, a variety of Microsoft applications, a variety of virtualization products, and a variety of firewalls. I need assistance with creating the web pages from scratch, the graphics, and including keywords to make the website more google searchable, but at the same time the site needs to be simple and professional.
