Change flyer design - FSBO

We have a flyer design that needs to be changed. It is on a CFM website. The current flyer is: [login to view URL] We have made some changes to the above flier but they are not complete. [login to view URL] We have a flyer attached as to how we want it to look. Here are the clients notes we need to have done: 1) bring the main photo on the top right up. It can overlap the background scene and green area. Bring the photos on the left side up a little. This will also allow more space for text white space area text write up and also leave space for the comment about calling the toll free number and entering the code at the bottom for flyers that are displaying the code instead of the price. Please show me an example with a flyer set up with code showing and the comment in red as shown on my sample flyer. 2) Bringing the right main front photo up, it allows you to make the text larger for the comment to see more photos at the URL address. Text size larger and in red as attached. 3) Remove the right side bar green bar coloring entirely to allow nothing but white space in the area where the text write up is. The right green bar stops and starts again on the right side to allow no green text behind the text description area. 4) On the left side photos, do not leave any space between the photos on the left side, they need to stack up against each other as shown on my sample. 5) There needs to be 2 more photos across the bottom, again the size and spaced together 6) Do not put the logo inside the box, leave it outside the box on white space. 7) Make the font size for contact information and the comment about Buyer and Seller Cash Rebates in the size you see now. a) Look at sample flyer. I started a text box that started after the logo was set in and ended at the end of the 2nd photo. b) 2nd text box that was the same width across as the last photo on the right along the bottom. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform CFM
