CSS customization projec

This is a very simple project. I'm opening up a question and answer forum here [login to view URL] I want the look and feel to be broadly in line with the main site [login to view URL] Some broad things that I'm looking for include: 1. Black background above the line 2. Blue tabs matching the main site 3. Primary colors of black, green and blue 4. Light blue background matching the main site 5. All text to remain very readable 6. Matching fonts Basically the job is to send me an updated CSS file
