And then an auto gen email that is sent to the PM and admin when the PM's project ends. That is it. The site already has features like this and IT IS CRITICAL THAT NOTHING IS DAMAGED FROM YOUR WORK OR YOU WILL NOT BE PAID AND REQUIRED TO FIX.
