Cd Protection component

1st we are working on some software...we need the following: 1-a software or a method to set the serial number of the copied Cd-R......(you can freely use nero or easy cd creator we own most of cd recorders software licenses)but we don't know how to set serial number of the Recorded CD before burning it with them... 2-the big chump: we need a component to check the serial number of the CD-ROM and returns it...(a detailed manual on how to include and implement it must be provided)..3rd this component must be able to register the serial number of the cd in the registery with a given id passed to it.. 3-we use Borland C++ builder but if you like to use Visual C or any other feel free to use them.. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
