We are looking for a bulk mail server expert that can help us with following requirement that can allow business members to extract, test and send emails / newsletters - Server Email extractor - Email testing - Bulk email sending solution - user CP OVERVIEW We handle multiple LOCAL business (B2B) websites that each need to send newsletters to targeted business mailing lists. All websites are on dedicated servers. We would need a Solution based on dedicated server (no bandwidth unlimited, 30 IPs) that can handle the process of sending newsletters minimizing issues EXTRACTOR We need a server based script to to be able extract emails and info from urls related to a search. Workflow is kyeword+region/language => search => Extract. see example scrapy TESTING We need to test list emails with a reliable solution to clean DB : remove duplicates, check email, send test email and see if user " opt out" NEWSLETTER SENDING We need to configure an advanced mailing list and newsletter tool such as phplist that can handle different websites from a single installation EMAIL SERVER manage multiple IPs, bounce, reputation, stats etc. We need to be able around 100 newletters x 5000 per day (0,5 m total) after few months We need to set the size of required installation Server and sending urls should be configured to avoid spam and blacklisting and developer needs to have expert knowledge in that to avoid issues. We can install progressively multiple email servers if needed with a and admin system. CP/ADMIN Website manager can be able to access to configure his sending, stats, extracted list, etc. We need very advanced stats on emails and lists with all key features such as detailed admin, stats spam management, bounce management and detailed dashboard/reporting for each website / list / sending.
