This project is to build a mediation scheduling and tracking website to manage the scheduling and tracking of mediation requests, sessions, and outcomes. The website will automate the task of monitoring and scheduling mediation requests and related document storage. A team member will go to the website and fill out a form containing the team information. This will include names and e-mail addresses of each member along with the projects name and description. The time and date of this request will be stored for historical process. After the member has filled out the registration form, an e-mail will be sent to each user with his or her login to the system for this mediation and the URL of the login page. Alert e-mails will be sent to all active mediators indicating that a mediation request has arrived and they should login to set up mediation. The website will allow the team member to do the following: 1. Modify Personal Information 2. Upload/Manage Documents 3. Schedule meeting with other team member 4. Send e-mail to other team member through website 5. Display a status page to keep track of the status of meeting, documents, e-mails, etc 6. Display team information include name and e-mail. The administrator (mediator) will have an initial page that lists all mediation processes in which he/she is taking part and their associated phases. From this initial page, he/she will be able to click a mediation process and go to that process's related page. This initial page will be called the "status page" and will also display all scheduled meetings for the mediator. The status page will also list all unassigned mediation processes and the button.
