Build for a live stream website

What we are looking to do is have a site where users can watch streams or stream their own videos and webcams. For example, Justin.tv. But with less junk filling up the page. We need a basic page with a Video Player-Web Player that is capable of having a user stream their video and sound. The programs used for streaming from a computer is webcamMax and a few others. WebcamMax is the one we have used, that is why I used that for an example. We don't need anything special at all. No fancy skin or theme. Just a site that looks like this, [login to view URL], the video player there is just silverlight but I can't get it to work. But the player would have to be on decent size and make it fullscreen mode also sound adjustment. Like [login to view URL] players and the one on my superrootapps.com. So to break it down: 1. Video Player/web player that allows users to stream video and webcam with sound. 2. Player window must be decent size when page is loaded, with fullscreen option and sound adjustment. 3. Coded where we can let 3 users stream at a time, 3 different "channels". Let me know if you are interested or have any questions. Thank you.
