block countries from my site

(This should not slow the site down or affect its performance / speed at all.) I want someone to block the ip block of several countries from my site, so whole countries can not access my site as many sent spam to my users. I blocked too many individual ips with teh admin panel that it is redicilous. Countries to be block: nigeria, COTE D'IVOIRE, GHANA, russia, benin, togo. My site is hosted with easycgi. payment below 30 bucks or if not then the lowest bid, so place yours .
