Copy a admin panel from given site.

I have a website and it needs a admin panel. The site is designed in PHP, MySQL and HTML. I would like you to make a copy of the admin panel as given on (PM me to know the link) ...The task is very very easy and just includes adding users, changing password and other little-little tasks. You will need to make it compatible with my current site which is in PHP language. I guess that the job is quite easy and the person who bids the lowest money will be awarded ...You can take as much as time you want ....REMEMBER THE PERSON WHO BIDS THE LOWEST WILL BE CHOSEN.
