Connect to API using C# and display Records in DataView

Hi, Im looking for a c# programmer with experience in web services (Using REST) Basically, Thers this API with full instructions: <[login to view URL]> and I need someone that can create a simple function that retrieves all orders within a given period and display the detail on screen (in a dataview) The dataview must include a proper paging mechanism (the api returns a maximum of 100 records at a time, therefore proper paging is required) I have this example here: <[login to view URL]> so you basically need to get this example, pass the parameters/headers to it, and display the results as described previously.
