Any member state of the British Commonwealth. France DOM-TOM. Any country within South or Central America. The following additional countries: Israel, China (Peoples' Republic), China (Taiwan), Japan, South Korea, Mongolia, Vietnam, Loas, Kampuchea, Thailand, most Atlantic, Pacific and Indian Ocean islands.
