Automatic Commands Text file Builder

I have a lot of repeating commands that I enter into a system - alsways same commands just new customer information - I am looking for small app/script that based upton a few questoins (customer info) it would generate me a text file with the commands and my info build in so I can just copy and paste it into the system.
