In the administrator menu expand Reports and select Sales Report. On this page there is a Select User column on the left, a Select Date Range column in the middle and an Express Selection column on the right. The middle column titled Select Date Range needs to be reorganized and a new check box added.
The order of the column should be the Select Date Range header underneath should be the selection windows for From Date and To Date. The radio buttons for Summary Report and Detailed Report should be below that and last should be a new check box. The check box should look the same as the Select All box above the user list on the left side of the screen. It should be titled "Hide Users With No Call Time" and be defaulted to unchecked. When a report is run with the box checked the Sales report page that it pulls up should not display any employee who has a value of 0.0 in the Total Call Time column. Everything else about the report generated should remain the same as it currently is. The check box should be unchecked by default. To view a report with data in it you must change the From Date and To Date to a day in April since we don't keep the data on the test site up to date.
