ASP pages with SQL backend DB

There are 18 folders that make up an 18 page questionnaire that needs to be completed and transformed to work on my website. In each folder there is [login to view URL] file that when opened will take you to a copy of a single page that is contained in a sub folder called www.legalzoom.com. These files were downloaded off of the [login to view URL] website. These folders have most of the code you will need to complete the work for me. The folders are numbered at the end from LegalZoom1 to LegalZoom15 then there are 3 pages for the end, a review, purchase lock and then a checkout page. Each folder contains 1 page that I need completed/redone for my website. The first page of the questionnaire needs to be added to this, it should allow the user to create a login to my site or allow the user to login with a username they already have. If the user already has a login then any work they have completed in the past should be called up from the database and inserted in the fields as they left them the last time they used my site. If you notice and look deeper into the code you will notice that some pages do not always come and only appear depending on certain answers on the page previous to it. This flow needs to be worked out as well for my site. All pages should be SSL and secure When the user starts the process and signs up for a login they need to be assigned a unique user id that incorporates the year and month and a number that goes up in value with each new customer. When the user completes the order they should be assigned an order number unique to the transaction that they have just completed. Both of the following fields should be kept in the database. If the user comes back and orders another product that new order number should also be add to the user’s information in the database. Added to this is the user payment interface. When the user has completed the process of creating a login and finishing the 18 or so pages of questions they should be asked to pay, the checkout page that is currently the last page that I have included in the zip file. After they pay they should be asked to up load their work which should be limited to word docs and a few other file types. The document should be uploaded to my website in some fashion that would make it easy for me to associate it with the user. There should be a user information area that when the user logs in they can check on the status of their order or send an enquiry to my staff in case they have questions about their order. There should be an admin backend that allows me to search for information based on the fields of username, order number, customer number, person’s real name, etc. I should also be able to run a report on the user and get their information in a dump and be able to print the information for my records if needed. This needs to work on Godaddy. Anything you need to know YOU NEED TO ASK ME! If you can’t come close to doing this work in a quick and good time frame then don’t bid. This has to work from beginning to end. I will have a user test this with a LIVE credit card and everything must work. You will have to configure the payment gateway if needed.
